Our Story
Well Financial was founded in late 2022 by Dan Dawes and Chris Harland driven by a shared commitment to expert financial advice and client-focused service.
Dan, bringing a fresh perspective to the mortgage industry since 2016, and Chris, transitioning from a Business Development Manager at Vitality to an adviser, joined forces to create a firm that truly prioritises financial well-being.
As the company grew rapidly, Well Financial moved from its original base at Stoke By Nayland Golf Resort to larger offices in Earls Colne in January 2025, maintaining a commitment to work-life balance and a thriving team culture.
